Many special features make it suitable for various operating conditions. An optical digital input and two coaxial digital inputs will take sources such as CD players for an improved sound. If the owner installs the supplied driver software on his PC, he can use the DAC11 as a high-end USB 2.0 Sound Card with sampling frequencies up to 192 kHz and 24 bit resolution.
On the output side the Cayin DAC11 provides balanced XLR and RCA stereo outputs. Headphones can be connected directly. Many high quality components such as an encapsulated toroidal transformer and pulse-resistant polypropylene capacitors from German specialist WIMA are used. The Cayin converter is available in black or silver.
